We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at our Trois-Rivières plant.

Role
- Staff supervision (10-15 employees) and motivate the team to meet production deadlines and certify product quality;
- Train and coach new employees;
- Orchestrate production with planning schedule;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects;
- Participate in daily production meetings;
- Follow-up in inventory in departments;
- Submit staff working hours to the accounting department;
- Data entry.
Wanted profile
- No specific background required;
- Leadership;
- Good communication skills;
- Positive interpersonal relationship;
- Good organisation skills;
- Interest in continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial Engineering collage education or any other relevant training.
