What is your favourite moment in the creation of a swatchbook?
My favourite moment is when the layout and the production blueprint finally come together and everything aligns perfectly. I enjoy handling the mock-up while stepping back to look at the project as a whole and seeing every detail fall into place. It is especially satisfying because it marks the transition from design to production. The project is ready to come to life!
What is your favourite hair colour?
Without question, a beautiful luminous grey. I see elegance, confidence, and wisdom in it, all qualities that inspire me. That said, I also have a soft spot for bold, unconventional colours. I really admire people who wear them with confidence!
Tell us something most people do not know about you
I value the moments when I can be on my own and step away from the pace of everyday life. It is the perfect opportunity to let my creativity take over, whether through knitting, crochet, or painting. Always under the sleepy watch of Mulane, my affectionate little cat, these quiet moments allow me to recharge and escape for a while.
Tell us about your worst bad hair day ever
My worst hair day goes back to when I was 13. I dreamed of having beautiful curls, so I convinced my mother to let me get a perm. What a mistake! I had bangs at the time and, once they were curled, I will let you imagine the result. As if that was not bad enough, school photo day was the very next day. My expression in that photo still says everything about how disappointed I was!
