At Aspasie, our work is tangible. We manufacture tools that help professional beauty brands and salon professionals bring color to life. But behind every swatchbook, button, ring, and display, there is something less visible and just as important: the way we treat people and the way we conduct business. <\/p>

That is why all Aspasie employees are paid above the legal minimum wage and above the local living wage benchmark for the Trois Rivi\u00e8res area. We want our team members to feel that their time, skills, and contribution are recognized in a meaningful way. <\/p>
