The very latest in technology

Aspasie has acquired a new press in 2007 and another in 2009. One prints up to 7 colors including UV coating and the other 9 colors including UV coating. Both presses allow us to offer a great production capacity and juggle press schedules very easily in order to meet your launch dates.

A new technology at Aspasie. In-mold label decorating is a technology that allows you to project a high-end image of your product. This process consists in combining a label to a plastic piece by injection molding. The label becomes part of the plastic piece itself.

This technology allows you to use 4 color process images on a plastic piece, at a low cost! IMD (in-mold decorating) gives you a high quality, wear resistant product with greater decorating options than traditional PMS methods. Currently used by Plastifil (plastic division of Aspasie) clients in the food industry, the beauty world is now applying this technology to their marketing tools for retail frontons and swatch buttons.
